updating on cip project.

alright, thats where cheryl left off, since she wanted to update on the project, i might as well do it for her.

Group Leaders/Assistants attention:
Get a namelist, and tick whoever that came on that day. at the last thursday of the month, we'll see who came and who not.
wait for all people before going.better to meet up at 4. time is at 4.30 to 6.30. you can tell your members to come earlier if you want to, but you have to tell yukina and everything. quite troublesome, so its better to stick to 4.30.
those who still dunno how to go, get a map from cheryl.
One day before the scheduled date, remind your group members, so they wont forget.
Help contact other group leaders if your group member cannot make it on that day.

Everyone else:
Care for the plants there, if not they die.
anyway, those who cannot make it for any of the scheduled days

group 3: 18/6
group 4: 26/6)
please swap with another group, inform your group leaders about it, so they wont wait for you.

cuz i think nobody would ever read this, need to announce in class, more effective. right class?
or alternatively we can have a relay system =D.
