Alright, here is an point-formed Roles.

Roles of Leaders:(in time order)
-Ask Cheryl how to get to the place
-Facilitate people who are unable to go through collaborating with other team leaders
(in other words, tell other team leader so and so not going, put him into your team)
-Confirm names of people going
-Inform all going venue of meeting, time of meeting
-Bring all safely to destination
-Take attendance on the Group List, sent to you through email, please print it
-Ensure that maintenance of garden is done.
-Ensure no one is slack
-Ensure photographs are taken

Roles of Assistant-Leader:
-Assist the leader in all activities
-Take charge in case of absence of the leader

Roles of Members:
-Inform Leader if unable to attend
-Leader will assign you to another day
-Take care of the plants
-Be at best behaviour =.=
