Alright, here is an point-formed Roles.

Roles of Leaders:(in time order)
-Ask Cheryl how to get to the place
-Facilitate people who are unable to go through collaborating with other team leaders
(in other words, tell other team leader so and so not going, put him into your team)
-Confirm names of people going
-Inform all going venue of meeting, time of meeting
-Bring all safely to destination
-Take attendance on the Group List, sent to you through email, please print it
-Ensure that maintenance of garden is done.
-Ensure no one is slack
-Ensure photographs are taken

Roles of Assistant-Leader:
-Assist the leader in all activities
-Take charge in case of absence of the leader

Roles of Members:
-Inform Leader if unable to attend
-Leader will assign you to another day
-Take care of the plants
-Be at best behaviour =.=

alright, thats where cheryl left off, since she wanted to update on the project, i might as well do it for her.

Group Leaders/Assistants attention:
Get a namelist, and tick whoever that came on that day. at the last thursday of the month, we'll see who came and who not.
wait for all people before going.better to meet up at 4. time is at 4.30 to 6.30. you can tell your members to come earlier if you want to, but you have to tell yukina and everything. quite troublesome, so its better to stick to 4.30.
those who still dunno how to go, get a map from cheryl.
One day before the scheduled date, remind your group members, so they wont forget.
Help contact other group leaders if your group member cannot make it on that day.

Everyone else:
Care for the plants there, if not they die.

CIP Issues:
IMPORTANT: OPENING CEREMONY HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 18/5/07
A dance has been choreographed, retro-styled. Those interested are welcomed with open arms to join in the dance item. Credits to Cheryl, Jessica Lin, Keziah, Trina and Winona and all others who went on Monday afternoon.
Two songs have been chosen as well.
On Wednesday, which is tomorrow, we'll stay back in the afternoon(hopefully theres no SSP) and practise the song and dance.
Note: If you do not wish to dance, you will have to sing. Vice Versa.
Well if theres SSP, we'll just practise after SSP.(deja vu) Can? Cause if we don't start practising tomorrow, we'll go up to stage on friday looking like morons.

Class TEE:
Well we lost the Earliest class tee award.
So we shall go for the cutest and most nicerest class tee award.whatever tht is.
Anyway, lets finalise on a design that all can agree on, if not theres no point having a class tee.
right? then we can go see which kind of shirt we want. then decide on price budget ^^

Class Fund:
yeah i just added in this portion, to tell you guys that the class fund is negative.
i'll be collecting money soon. yay. by the semester close.
